A Recent Study Has Indicated That Certain Flying Insects, Like Mosquitoes, From The Larvae Stage, Are Able To Ingest Microplastics. These Insects May Then Transmit The Plastic Up The Food Chain As They Are Being Fed Upon. More Scary Stuff!

Discovery 7 years, 11 months agoWow, According To Researchers, We Owe Our Ability To Endure Long Distance Running To A Broken Version Of The Gene Called CMP-Neu5Ac Hydroxylase (CMAH). This Was Based On Tests Carried Out On Mice. MIce Injected With The Human Version Of The Broken Gene Were Seen To Run 12% Faster And 20% Longer Than Other Mice.
