Automatic Enrollment
- Users who meet all eligibility requirements set forth by DiscoveryBit are automatically enrolled in the affiliate program.
- Eligibility requirements may include account verification, compliance with site policies, and agreement to these Terms.
- DiscoveryBit reserves the right to revoke enrollment if subsequent activity violates program rules.
Commission Structure
- Commissions are earned only on valid, completed transactions tracked through DiscoveryBit’s systems.
- We reserve the right to make changes to commission payouts at any time, with due information sent to participants prior to changes taking effect.
- Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of revised commission terms.
Fraud Prevention
- We reserve the right to remove any fraudulent participants immediately and without prior notice.
- Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to: false referrals, self-dealing, automated clicks, or misrepresentation of DiscoveryBit’s services.
- Participants removed for fraud will forfeit all unpaid commissions.
Tracking & Attribution
- Only valid transactions recorded by DiscoveryBit’s systems are eligible for commission.
- DiscoveryBit is not responsible for technical errors, user misreporting, or third-party tracking failures.
Intellectual Property Use
- Affiliates may use DiscoveryBit’s approved logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for program promotion.
- Unauthorized modification, misuse, or misleading representation of DiscoveryBit’s brand will result in termination.
Compliance & Conduct
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and DiscoveryBit’s policies.

Payment Terms
- Payouts will be made according to the schedule published in the affiliate dashboard.
- DiscoveryBit reserves the right to withhold or delay payments pending investigation of suspicious activity.
Termination & Suspension
- DiscoveryBit may suspend or terminate any participant at its discretion, with or without cause.
- Termination for violation of these terms results in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Limitation of Liability
- DiscoveryBit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
- Affiliates agree to indemnify DiscoveryBit against claims resulting from their promotional activities.
7) No Warranties
This website is provided “as is,” with all faults. Discoverybit makes no warranties or representations regarding the website or the materials contained within.
8) Limitation of Liability
Discoverybit, including its officers, directors, and employees, shall not be liable for anything arising out of your use of this website, whether under contract or otherwise.
