    A 2 Night Study, Involving 20 Persons, Indicates That Sleeping With Light On, At Night, Increases The Risk For Heart Disease And Diabetes. The Study May Have Attributed The Cause To The Body Being Kept More Alert Via The Light Activation Of The Autonomic Nervous System. However, Further Larger Studies Are Advised To Confirm This Result.
