This ~230–240 Ma Triassic Fossil Is A Stem-Salamander That Lived In Shallow Freshwater Lakes. It Extends The Salamander Lineage By ~60–90 Myrs Supporting Eurasian Origins For The Group. But Does Not Resolve The Overall Origin Of Modern Amphibians.
