Grand Canyon West Rim is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world. It is located about 125 miles east of Las Vegas (one of the most populated cities in America).
The Grand Canyon is said to have been carved by the Colorado River. The elevations at the west rim canyon vary from 1,500 feet above sea level near the Colorado River to over 7,300 feet at the Aubrey Cliffs.
The temperature around the canyon area is said to be great in February and March.
The best adventure here is to visit Skywalk Glass Bridge, which is located on the land owned by the Hulalaplai Indian tribe. The Skywalk Glass Bridge was constructed by the partnership of the Hulalaplai tribe and an American businessman named David Jin at the cost of $30 million.
The other adventures at the canyon are zip-lining (a famous sport), aerial tours, and floating on the Colorado River. Boat riding is also a wonderful adventure that people never forget whenever they visit here. And another very important site especially for history lovers is the Hulalapai Ranch. Here you can rent a cabin and experience the whole history and culture of the Canyon.
