Bolivia is often overlooked by the tourism industry yet this beautiful country is home to one of the most unique hotels in the world. Palacio de Sal is Spanish for “salt palace,” and they mean it, believe me. This hotel is built almost entirely out of salt. Don’t believe me? Spend the night and lick the walls.
